Julie Jahn’s yoga classes are free-flowing, music filled, and filled with opportunities to strengthen your body, your mind, and your spirit. Julie started practicing yoga as undergraduate student at her university and fell in love with the practice. She was certified as an instructor in 2005 and has been since teaching in a variety of settings such as YMCAs, universities, treatment centers, private studios, and to school Physical Education classes. In her classes, you can expect a workout, a stretch, and a chance to be fully present in your life. Namaste!
