After 3+ years in Ypsilanti we are excited to introduce you to our NEW fitness center located in Ann Arbor just 1 mile west of our old location. We are conveniently located in the Glencoe Crossing shopping plaza just 1 mile east of US-23. Our new state-of-the art studio is over 3x the size of the old studio and the almost 3,500 sq. feet has allowed us to offer many new services including: Energized personal training from your choice of trainers, fun and exciting group fitness classes, nutritional counseling with a registered dietician and much more.

At BYBF you will be treated like a VIP every time you come in. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will greet you as soon as you enter the studio. Your personal trainer will be waiting for you & preparing your workout for that day. Because we are a personal training studio, you will never have to wait for a piece of equipment! The only people in the gym will be you, your trainer and maybe another trainer and their client. During your scheduled session your trainer will be there every step of the way.

You'll love our comfortable and private studio and our enthusiastic team atmosphere. We even have 2 individual showers for you to use and fix yourself up before you leave. One of our motto's here at BYBF is that "We work ugly in here, in order for you to look good outside of here!"
